Is there a way to keep eyeshadow from going into the fine lines underneath eyes?

Either my eyeliner or eyeshadow is going into the fine lines underneath my eyes. Is there any way to prevent this from happening? Thanks!
Using a primer before applying shadows, apply underneath the eye as well, this makes the eyeshadow long lasting and fills in any lines on the surface of the skin - i recommend: Urban Decay’s Primer Potion for eyes
When you have finished applying your eyeshadow and liner, dust translucent powder of the whole of your eyelids up to your brow bone and underneath the eye in case of full outs, this sets the makeup, stops the skin producing as much oil which causes make up to move. I’m currently using MAC’s translucent powder and it’s doing wonders !! (clear powder, so it suits any skin tone)
How can I get rid of eye bags and fine lines?

I have eyes bags under my eyes, I get plenty of sleep usually but there always there! and theres fine lines under my eyes which my family call ’smile lines’ i guess thats true, because i smile and laugh more then usual.
I moisturise everyday, morning and night, I sleep plenty, I eat good foods, but how do i get rid of them? I’m only 14!!!!!! Help!
For the bags, try using a cold green tea-bag on them after you wake up. Douse a cotton ball in rosewater/ potato juice/cucumber juice and place it over your under eye area for around 10 mins. For the lines ( I doubt those are age-lines, since you’re only 14) you can try gently massaging the area with sweet almond oil (pure) before going to bed till these disappear. In the meantime, include a lot of vitamin A in your diet: red, yellow and orange-hued veggies and fruits (think carrots, mangoes, beetroot, tomatoes.. you get the picture?), alongside nuts like almonds and dates to help take care of any vitamin deficiencies.
how to fill in fine lines around the eyes before applying concealer?

I have a few fine lines around my eyes that look horrible when i apply concealer. It makes them look worse. How can i fill them in before i apply my concealer?
Get a good under eye moisturizer. Primers only help for the day. A good moisturizer will actually help fill in the lines permanently. They also make night creams, but a good moisturizer in the morning usually does the trick. Also remember to drink a lot of water to stay hydrated. I also use Natures Mist as a moisturizer.. it is fantastic. You can buy it off of Amazon.com.
When applying under eye concealer make sure you don’t spread it all the way to the lash line, it will look to cakey. Just get the dark circle. The best one I have found is "well rested" by bare minerals.. I don’t like the way liquid ones look. You can get it online or at Sephora or Macys.
Good luck!

How common is it to have fine lines in early 20s?

I’ve started to get some fine lines near my mouth where I smile. I was just wondering how common it is to start getting them when I’m only 22 and also is there anything effective at making them less noticeable?
I have used spf 50 or more religiously every day since I was fifteen (even reapplying). I have oily skin which makes it even more interesting…
If you tan (or even just don’t wear SPF everyday) then yes, it would be very normal as the UV rays damage the skin and create wrinkles and premature aging.
Just go find some anti-aging creams and a good SPF.
