Antioxidants can help the condition of your skin and the health of your cells, I am not so sure if it will help acne, I have never heard of that, and it doesnt seem to make sense. I get pimples all over my face because i work in a dirty environment, its completely independant of my health and skin condition.

If you want to add antioxidants to your diet, there is a product called Exfuze, its a daily suppliment in the form of a tasty juice. They make it from the 7 most nutrient packed fruits known by science, asside from being a great source of antioxidants, and vitamins, it has coutless other benfits. It is best understood by reading about it on the companies website. You can order it only from their website or from their website via a distributor.

http://www.exfuze.com/jerseyexfuze

check it out, and read up on the amazing ingredients that go into it from all over the globe.
References :
Carrots, tomato and sweet potatoes are very high in Vitamin A..which is awesome for skin. Broccoli, green peppers, butternut squash, oranges etc. are great for vitamin C..one of the most important antioxidants.
References :
Pretty sure that if you go by the intensity of the color you will be safe.
The more intense the color the higher in antioxidants the food is.
Blueberries are high.
Red/ black grapes would be higher than green grapes.
I am sure people will list all sorts of foods but easier than keeping a list with you use your eyes to make your choices.
References :
Sleep, get at least 10 hours sleep a night and you should be fine, if you are talking about creases at the cornerts of your eyes, it just shows that you are a happy person who smiles a lot :)
References :
It isn't hard to grow a little ginseng in a forest with the right conditions, but it takes many years to mature, and you have to worry that someone will steal it. Growing it in shaded garden beds is possible, but the people who know how to do it are rather secretive, so it could take a while to gain experience. It is very picky about its growing conditions, takes a long time to reach maturity, and security is still an issue, if you're growing it in quantity. The lath shade structures are a dead giveaway to thieves.
References :
are you going to grow it to sell it?... have you got the right conditions?.. a nice forested area to grow it?... 'the plant'??.... only ONE?.....

read those sites closely... and do be aware of the laws that apply to dealers....and harvesting in the wild.... that second link has more sites to explore...
