Why does Blue berries have the highest antioxidant among all of the other fruits please?

April 11th, 2009 | Posted by admin | Category: antioxidantNo Comments

I do eat fruit and veggies every day for lunch and dinner. I'm trying to eat healthy everyday but it is tough some times. What y'all think. I also don't smoke or drink beer. but I eat dark chocolate.

Blueberries continue to generate increased interest for their potential health giving properties. According to research currently underway at the USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University, blueberries top the list of some 40 fruits, juices, and vegetable in their antioxidant activity. Concord grape juice is next on the list with about two thirds of the antioxidant activity of blueberries followed by strawberries, kale, and spinach.

Blueberries are just now being recognized for their high antioxidant activity due to sophisticated new techniques for studying the antioxidant properties of food. The NABC (North American Blueberry Council) is in contact with researchers at Tufts University and will continue to monitor the progress in this area.

Blueberries have long been prized as a great tasting and value added fruit. The fact that blueberries are low in calories, virtually fat free, a good source of fiber, and now found to be high in antioxidants makes the blueberry an even more attractive fruit to the consumer and industrial user both here at home and abroad

Considering the Placibo effect, whenever you fool yourself into thinking ginseng actually causes a change in how you feel.

does proactiv green tea moisturizer remove crows feet?

April 11th, 2009 | Posted by admin | Category: crows feet2 Comments

i have a subscription order thing to proactiv for my othere skin care needs so i could order it pretty soon. but i need to know if the green tea moisturizer will get rid of my crows feet, even temporarily?

Yep…………………………………………………. but why don't you just buy green tea bags, make some tea, take out the bags, then put them on your eyes to get rid of those nasty, smelly crow feets? Cheaper, effective, and you get a nice cuppa tea, lass!

How do I get wrinkles out of heavy polyester fabric?

April 11th, 2009 | Posted by admin | Category: wrinkles1 Comment

I have some uniforms that were washed for me that are constructed out of a heavy polyester and someone washed them for me. When they brought them back they have massive wrinkles everwhere. I suspect they dried them too hot and maybe left them in the dryer to long as well. I have tried rewashing them, rewashing with only partially drying, used fabric sheets, and even tried a wrinkle release stuff to no noticable inprovement. Someone save meeeeeeeeee ! ! ! !

Either steam them (if you have a garment steamer) or iron them. Since they are polyester, make sure that you iron them inside out and on the level that your iron suggests for polyester so it doesn't get all shiny.
