Are there packaged foods with high antioxidants?
May 1st, 2009 | Posted by admin | Category: antioxidants4 Comments
I know berries and other fresh veggies are high in antioxidants, but are there any other things like juices or packaged foods that also have a shelf life? What specific ones are the best sources of antioxidants? (brand, specific item if you know one) Thank you!
Any kind of “100% fruit juice” will be loaded with anti-oxidants. Remember though that the darker the juice usually indicates a higher degree of them. Stay away from sports drinks and juices with only a small percentage of real fruit juice.
Also canned goods like spinach, asparagus and the omega-3’s found in canned salmon/tuna will be packed full of anti-oxidants.
What are the most powerful antioxidant supplements you can take as a tablets?

Tablets and vitamins in a bottle don't work. You can only get the best spectrum of antioxidants from food (fruits/veggies) and drink (tea). Plus, it's a lot cheaper too. To add to that, antioxidants are only as good as the amount of exercise, nutrition you provide your body with. All of those components must be working as one in order to be productive.
How many milligrams of ginseng will it take to make me drunk high?

i want to be very high to the point where i act crazy lol i’m 13 and i don’t have alcohol. i take ginseng in a cup of crystal light green tea. how do I get high and stay like that to the point where everything is ha ha funny and i feel no embarrassment i feel so high
Ginseng has a medicinal use, not a recreation drug use. Odds are taking a dose of ginseng high enough for you to be “high” is very dangerous.
If you do experience an effect, because ginseng is more of a stimulant, you won’t act “crazy”, but more focused and with more energy. Any effect you are feeling right now is probably the placebo effect.

Is crow feets sumfin like wrinkkles? how can it b prevented?
Its that raylike spray of lines at the corners of your eyes as you age.
You can delay, but not prevent them by using moisturizer and wearing sunglasses and not squinting. Staying out of the sun also helps.
Humans are animals too, but this might be better off in beauty and style.
Do you find that mineral make-up sticks into fine lines?
May 1st, 2009 | Posted by admin | Category: fine lines13 Comments
I've just bought the new Revlon mineral make-up but it seems to accentuate the fine lines around my eyes. Is this the case with all mineral make-ups? Any solutions?
Always Moisturize your face just before you apply any mineral makeup.
You just need the tiniest amount of mineral foundation–too much will settle in wrinkles. So application is very important.
Place a small amount of foundation into the lid.
Load your bristles by gently swirling or tapping your Kabuki brush in the foundation.
Tap the excess off your brush back into the lid.
I apply a yellow concealer aroung my eyes first.
Using a circular motion, gently buff the foundation onto your entire face. Make sure to blend into your hairline and upward along your neck and jaw line.
Build your coverage. Apply one light layer at a time.
BETTER YET, visit signatureminerals.com and review their step by step photos on how to apply.
Signature does not have bismuth that is irritant for some skin.
I am, ahem, mature, and have wrinkles and laugh lines around mouth and eyes. Love mineral makeup for results I get and also ease of application. Good Luck and enjoy using it.
