i dont know how to write the significance of antioxidant and sun protective factor properties of cassia alata.

May 2nd, 2009 | Posted by admin | Category: antioxidant1 Comment

i have to write proposal for my research about the antioxidant and sun protective factor of cassia alata leaves and the problem is i dont know how to write the literature review and the significance of this study.please help me.

That's what major profs are for. The literature review is relatively easy, you will just need to find relevant material about what is already known on your topic. Chronologic organization is usually fine. Start off with the earliest known work or documented use of the leaves for these purposes. It's simplest if some, but not too much, research has been done. I'm sure you know why this work that you are proposing is important; put those thoughts down on paper. Likely you will find information during the literature review that will help (unanswered questions and such.)

Be sure to go in to your advisor with some good solid ideas and work already well-begun. DON'T just show up and say, "I have no idea how to do it." Write it up as best you can, even if you are unsure. Then s/he will be able to help and steer you in the right direction if you need it.

Good luck.

Can I take ginseng if i have stomach probs?

May 2nd, 2009 | Posted by admin | Category: ginseng2 Comments

I used to drink ginseng daily but stopped for a while cause i have these stomach aches (due to xtra stress probably). I have no idea whether ginseng can make it worst, lead to ulcers and stuff if someone has a very sensitive stomach and often has too much acidity.

I used to have stomach problems, almost an ulcer and I took ginseng tablets and did sit-ups on a daily basis. The stomach problems disappeared in three months.

Whats the best treatment for crows feet?

May 2nd, 2009 | Posted by admin | Category: crows feet11 Comments

I was always a sun baby my whole life and now, at 28, the wrinkles are starting to show. I used to always get mistaken for being much younger and now 21 year olds are calling me Ma'am. Have any of you had real results in the removal of fine lines and wrinkles, particularly around the eyes. Remeber, I'm only 28 so face lifts are a little premature ;)
Strivectin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't put it under your eyes, but crow's feet are fine!
Also works on chest and neck …boob cleavage that can get wrinkled by laying on your side when sleeping. I am a side sleeper, I hated this about my chest, I use strivectin for both crow's feet and boob cleavage and I can tell you from personal experience it works like a charm.

It's a little pricey, but I saw results in about 20 days and it still gets better all the time.

Expect to pay around $100 or more in dept stores, but Ebay can get you a good deal. Be sure and check the expiry on it before you buy!
Good luck!

Which is the best cream for fine lines and dark circles for a 21 year old?

May 2nd, 2009 | Posted by admin | Category: fine lines9 Comments

I want a under eye cream that protects the unde eye area from the sun and at the same time it fades fine lines and dark circles. I have tried Nivea so far, it didn't work.

i love a line clled arbonne .. they have 2 skin care lines for women one is from 12-23 and the other is from 20-over … the best thing is that they are botanically based …. they have a line called nutriminc RE9 eye cream which i love, it clears the area under the eyes and it moisturizes it to avoid the lines to get deeper … Dark circles can be caused by sun damage, veins and capillaries that show through skin, irritation, and the natural dark pigment that can occur in this area. They can also be a result of natural shadows that fall within the eye area, making that area appear darker. Plus, dark circles can be a result of dry skin making the area look dull and tired. Remember that Skin follows a biological timeline, by decades of life. During your 20s and 30s, the first wrinkles start to appear and skin becomes less resistant as elasticity declines and gravity begins to take hold. In your 40s and 50s, repetitive movements form the first permanent wrinkles as genetics, gravity and a decrease in collagen and elastin cause skin and muscle to sag. check them out … you have nothing to loose only dark circles and some fine lines ;~)
