June 3rd, 2009 | Posted by admin | Category: antioxidants3 Comments
I don't know how much i believe this but i read that too many antioxidants can do just as much bad as it can good if you consume too much.I'm vegan and obviously fruits and veggies, etc. have lots of antioxidants.
Yes if you take them in pill form, but not if you eat just fruits and vegetables.

Is it possible to consume too much ginseng?
June 3rd, 2009 | Posted by admin | Category: ginseng6 Comments
I drink green tea with ginseng everyday and I love the taste and how it makes me feel. Lately I've been feeling a little…. bound up if you know what I mean and I'm worried that I've drinking too much tea. I drink about three cups a day. Thanks!
Yes, but not in the amount that is in your tea, assuming it is a store-bought blend. It is the tea that is "binding" not the Ginseng. For most people 3 cups wouldn't have that effect but some teas have more tannins than others. You can probably counter that by drinking a cup of apple juice or eating an additional piece of fruit every day or adding flax seed to your breakfast cereal. If this is a tea you brew, use only hot water, not boiling, and steep only 3 to 4 minutes, to extract less tannins from your tea.
What is a good concealer to cover crows feet?
June 3rd, 2009 | Posted by admin | Category: crows feet6 Comments
I have really bad crows feet and would like to know if there is a good concealer that will cover these lines up when I go out. I've tried numerous products with no results. Cannot afford botox. Any reliable anti-wrinkle creams/moisterizers that may help as well?
BP.This safe, natural, minimal cost treatment has worked wonders for me and others on answers(see testimonial from "big papy" below) to quickly diminish them in a matter of days. First tighten skin there by opening mouth 3/4" and pulling lips firmly back against teeth.
With front of first two (or three) fingers held together vigorously rub up and down on lines. For best/fastest results results do for 15 to 30 min or more daily (can do in two or three sessions). They will almost immediately start to fade and in 5 to 10 days, depending on how vigorous/how long you do, you will see definite fading.
Use any oil. I have had great results using olive oil. See my many other answers giving detailed treatments to remove/diminish mouth and laugh lines, frown lines, etc. Some also have answers/feedback from happy users.

I have fine lines and eye creams just aren't working!?
June 3rd, 2009 | Posted by admin | Category: fine lines5 Comments
I've been using a pretty heavy duty eye cream every morning and every night for months, but I still notice that I've got fine lines creeping in under and around my eyes. I use facial soap, toner and moisturizer every day and night, and eye cream every day and night; I also exfoliate once a week. Does anyone have any suggestions on something to fade out those fine lines? I intend to fight the signs of aging every step of the way. HELP!
Once you have fine lines, you will not be able to get rid of them without the help of cosmetic surgery. However, there are things you can do to minimize their appearance -
Using a good moisturizer w/ help to plump the area w/ moisture which will help to minimize the appearance of lines.
A good skin tightening cream will help as well.
The best thing that you can do to preven further aging is to USE SUNSCREEN. People completely underestimate the effect of UV rays on the skin - and make sure that your sunscreen blocks both UVA & UVB rays. Sun increases the breakdown of collagen in the skin which makes it less elastic and leads to wrinkles.
