How do you get wrinkles out of a wedding veil?

I am borrowing my FMIL’s wedding veil. It has been stored away for 30 years and has some wrinkles. How do I get rid of them? I don’t want to ruin it!
Can a wedding veil be ironed? Steamed?
It is just regular bridal tulle or whatever most wedding veils are made of. It has lace on the edges, but it is basically just veil material.
Steam it. Absolutely do not iron it though. Hold the steamer a safe distance (at least a couple inches) from the veil to prevent touching it and damaging it accidentally.
If you don’t have a steamer, then you could also try bringing it into the bathroom with you when you have a hot shower. That often helps get wrinkles out, and it’s what I do with clothing when I am in hotels and don’t have my steamer with me. But chances are that if it has been stored for 30 years it is pretty wrinkly and will need the help of a good steamer.

I once saw a recipe for wrinkle release and now I’m interested in making it myself. Does anyone know the recipe? Thanks for your help.
Believe it or not, I’ve found water to be perfect for that. And I found that out in the weirdest way.
Being a photographer, I always carry a small water misting bottle in my bag (in case there’s no dew on flowers, you ‘create’ some.)
In any case, I got a tip from another photographer that whenever he’s traveling, his clothes get wrinkled in the suitcase, so he puts his shirts on a hanger, mists them with water, and let them hang overnight.
Next day, no wrinkles!
But if you want something a bit more powerful, mix some fabric softener with water and rubbing alcohol. Works great.

I have been thinking alot lately since hearing the latest news that Michael Vick has been approved for release to his Hampton home and could be out as soon as May 21st, 2009. Not even serving his full 23 months (which to me was nothing near what he deserve) sentence for Operating and Bankrolling “BAD NEWZ KENNELZ”, which we learned in April 2007 was a very large dogfigthing operation. Yes he is only short by a mear 2 months but my feelings have not changed one bit since the day I saw and learned what horrors he inflicted on animals and not even being man enough to admit his involvement. To me it doesn’t matter that he was a huge NFL star..It could have been anyone and my feelings would still be the same. It is the reality now that this COWARD may step foot on a football field again that makes this whole thing so unbelievable. Michael Vick did far more than “fight” dogs. He tortured them, maimed them, killed them, etc. He electrocuted them. He drowned them. He did even worse! He transported the dogs across State lines for the purpose of fighting them. He bankrolled and promoted ILLEGAL dogfights. This is a short list., Bottom line…he broke MANY laws. and NOW HE MAY BE BACK ON THE NFL FIELD???? Let’s not forget to mention that he has yet to even say a whisper of an apology for what he did to those poor innocent dogs. I could go on for days about my feelings but instead I choose to put them into this video..I apologize in advance for anyone that I may offend but my feelings are my feelings and I’ve never been much on sugar coating the truth…
And in closing I ask: WHO IS THE REAL ENEMY? THE ONE IN THE PITS OR THE ONES ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE FIGHTING RING?
