Can starting to consume antioxidants make your skin break out temporarily?

I have started to work out regularly and take in foods that have antioxidants. I have broken out on my face, which has never been a real problem before for me. Can it be that my body is pushing out toxins through my skin, or is there some other explanation?

the skin is the last place toxins/bad foods/poisons leave the body. It very well could be the antioxidants pushing the bad stuff out.

if it continues past 2 weeks, i’d see a doctor though.

How many packets of green tea is too much antioxidant?

The green tea I have has 190 flavonoid antioxidants per packet. How many packets of green tea is too harmful? Is three packets a day too harmful?

Sources would be great, considering this is health-related. =]

4-5 packets.
