At what age should I start worrying about wrinkles?

I am 22. What should I do to prevent wrinkles? I’ve started noticing lines in the outside of my eyes and my forhead. I have friends who have tried botox, but I in no way want to resort to botox or plastic surgery. I’m looking for something natural and inexpensive.
At what age should you start worrying? At birth. The absolute best thing to prevent wrinkles is daily sunscreen, even if you’re only going outside for a few minutes. Minimum of 30 SPF. You can get a lot of sun while driving (skin cancer rates are higher on the left side of the body of Americans and on the right side in Britain). A lot is determined by your genes. Drink lots of water, use a good moisturizer. Don’t use harsh chemicals (e.g. alcohol) on your skin or scrub it too much. Don’t worry about every little change in your face…they give you character. Plus, you’ll have them for the rest of your life, so you might as well embrace them.

What anti aging products do you swear by?

I use Estee Lauder products. Im loving them but i want more opinions so i know that im getting the best. This is important to me. Im 30 years old and i think its a good time (if not sooner then i have) to be using an effective anti aging line.
Estee Lauder is good. If you like it then there’s no reason to change. However, anti-aging is a multi-faceted thing. It starts with good health by not smoking, very little alcohol if any, exercise, eating good food, etc. I have found that if you abuse your body within, that no anti aging formula is going to make up for it on the outside.
So, with that said, fighting free-radical damage in the skin with Vitamins A,E, and C are good starters. Vitamin A in the form of Retinoic Acid, Vitamin C serums, and creams laced with Vitamin E have confirmed that they do help slow down the aging of the skin.
If you are using any high end skin product with vitamins in it, good moisture binding ingredients, and are doing routine exfoliating, you should be getting more than adequate pampering for your skin.
