How do I get the wrinkles out of my dress shirt?

I have a Perry Ellis Portfolio dress shirt and I washed it the way it said on the tag and ever since it has been wrinkled. I have tried dry cleaning it and ironing it several times but the wrinkles won’t come out. Any tips on getting the wrinkles out would be great. Thank you.
I would say wet it (soaking wet), stick it in the dryer, and while it’s still hot out of the dryer, iron it.
