i am only 16 and i have a lot of eye bags and fine lines under my eyes. what should i do? this lose some of my confidence. please help. thanks.

I have a quote from cinderella " the right pair of shoes can change your life" which she never actually says but its something she could say based on the movie. Now i need something for belle in beauty and the beast. Any ideas? I thought probably something about how beauty is whats inside a person not outside. But i need a short clever quote.
