How do you remove wrinkles from leather boots?

January 19th, 2010 | Posted by admin | Category: wrinkles2 Comments

I bought a pair of knee-high boots off ebay and they are already a bit worn in from the previous owner, which includes wrinkling around the ankle, which worries me because this is the area where I tend to get painful blisters from boots. Is there a way I can remove the wrinkles and restore the leather to something closer to factory condition? I don’t need to prevent wrinkles, just get rid of the ones they already have so that I can break them in with own wrinkles. And how good is leather lotion at getting rid of scuffs?

Go to a show repair or a good leather store that makes leathery, and buy one of their wax. They’re good for leather coats and boots.

They last for a lifetime. You apply with clean rag like an old men’s T-shirt. Leave it on for a while, then get a clean rag & wipe it or buff it. It also helps keep it soft and prevents water seeping through.

They usually come in flat from a can.

They will remove some wrinkle but not 100%.

Would using anti-wrinkle products as a teen prevent wrinkles in the future?

Would using anti-wrinkle products as a teenager prevent wrinkles in the future? Just wondering. :). Thanks in advance!

I would say look at your genetics, your mom……She has your skin…Also stay out of the sun if unprotected.
