Why are taking vitamins and/or antioxidants good for you?

Do these vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytochemicals really benefit you when it comes to your health, cancer, heart disease and premature death? I have little or no doubt that when you take these helpful pills, you actually are consuming what they say on the label, but does your body actually absorb it? Does your body get the BENEFIT when it’s in pill/pharmacological form.
a multiple vitamin is good, but eat fruits and vegs. its not the same from pills.
My wife and I want to deduct an antioxidant drink we sell and give away as advertising. Can we do this?

Monavie is the drink. We give away a lot, and drink it ourselves so that we can describe it’s benefits.
How much of it can we claim as a business expense, and what type expense is it. We are using TurboTax deluxe.
We do have a proper business and a profit motive. We use business cards, printed materials, internet office and site with Monavie, but our outgo>our income when we count the Monavie we drink as a business expense. We should use it if we are selling it.
If you are in the business of selling this drink yes it is an expense for supplies or advertising. Be careful only use what you give out to potential customers not what you use yourself.
If you sell it you include all of your income. The expenses you have trying to sell it , get the word out are valid.
If these are just co workers and you are sharing what you like, NO it is not a valid expense.
If they are clients that you are shmoozing, yes it is a gift expense but no more than $25 per person in 1 tax year can be used no matter how much you give out or what it costs you. This is true for SCH C or 2106 when it is a gift.

I bought Neutrogena Ageless Essentials Continuous Hydration Eye Cream a few days ago. I can’t find any reviews on this product. Does anyone know if this is a good product to have and to use?
I don’t know about the eye cream, but I use the face wash and day cream. I like them, my skin already looks better after a week of use.

I need to know the best anti aging products available. I intended buying anti aging products for my wrinkles but I had to put it on hold because I didn’t know the best anti aging product out there. I am very conscious of the kind of cosmetics I use on my skin. So please if you know the best anti aging products out there, could you be so kind to answer this question?
